## Twenty CRM Pipeline
Configure these stages in order:
- [ ] MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead)
- [ ] SQL (Sales Qualified Lead)
- [ ] Discovery
- [ ] Proposal
- [ ] Negotiation
- [ ] Closed Won
- [ ] Closed Lost
## Mattermost Channels
Create these channels:
- [ ] #mql-handoff — Rita posts new MQLs here, Sales picks up
- [ ] #new-clients — Sales posts Closed Won deals here, Martha picks up for delivery
- [ ] #eod-reports — already exists (verify)
## CRM Access
- [ ] Create accounts for Olivia + Jeerill (if not done — blocked by /welcome redirect)
- [ ] Verify Rita can tag contacts as MQL
