Create Cloudflare API token for cc-web

## Steps 1. Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens 2. Click "Create Token" → "Create Custom Token" 3. Set permissions: - Zone → DNS → Edit - Account → Cloudflare Pages → Edit - Account → Access: Apps and Policies → Edit 4. Zone Resources: Include All Zones (or pick specific zones) 5. Create and copy the token 6. Send token to Jarvis (or paste into cc-web terminal) 7. Jarvis will store as env var in Claude Code settings and systemd services — never in git
